A friendly family competition between sister gyms!

Preparation:
Read this blog post.

Warm-up:
5:00pm-6:30pm on the main floor
6:30pm-10:15pm on the Bowery roof

Heats:
Heat sheets will be posted inside the gym and on the roof. We will also have copies available at the front desk

Individual Scoring: 
Your place in each event is your score. The person with lowest score at the end of the competition is the winner. 

Ex. 
Athlete 1
Place in event 1: 3
Place in event 2: 7
Place in event 3: 1
Place in event 4: 11
Total Score: 22

Athlete 2
Place in event 1: 5
Place in event 2: 6
Place in event 3: 4
Place in event 4: 5
Total Score: 20 

Since Athlete 2 has the lowest score, he wins. 

Team Scoring: 

The top 3 athletes from each gym will score points based on their place in each event. The gym with the lowest score at the end of the competition wins.

The team scores from that event would be

Bowery would be in the lead because they have a lower score. 

***Only scores from the RX Division count toward the team score***

Judging: 

Before each event each athlete is responsible for picking up a scorecard at the front desk. Each athlete will then go to their designated lane and hand their scorecard to their judge. Once the event is over the athlete must sign their scorecard and return it back to the front desk.

Trusty Teo will be posting event results and team scores at the end of each event.

Workouts

WOD 1:
5 Minutes to perform the heaviest weight of the complex
1 Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats
Snatch may be any variation - power, full, hang, etc.

WOD 2:
Complete 1 Round As Fast As Possible (7m time cap):
60 Calorie Row
40 Bar Over Burpees
20 Shoulder to Overhead
Rx: 95/65
Scaled: 75/55

WOD 3:
For time (10m time cap):
21 Power Clean
21 Pull-ups
21 Box Jumps
15 Thrusters
15 Toes to Bar
15 Box Jump Overs
9 Snatches
9 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
9 Burpee Box Jump Overs
Rx: 115/75
Scaled: 95/55

The Floater WOD: 
One attempt at a max set of unbroken wall balls
-If the ball or your body stops moving the set will be considered broken and your score will be all previous unbroken reps. 
Rx- 20/14
Scaled- 14/10

The Floater WOD will be completed/scored just as any other event. The exception is that it will not have a designated time/heat/lane assignment. It is to be completed and judged between the start and the end of the competition. ***It is solely your responsibility to complete the floater WOD and ensure a judge scores it.*** Failure to complete the Floater WOD will result in a DNF in this event and will count against your final placing score.
