There are 10 domains of fitness covered by the CrossFit methodology: Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. Come test them all in our NFL style combine on Saturday, July 25th at the John F. Kennedy field on 10th and Jefferson.
